💼 Returns with Respect — The Bombochiya Way

We hope you love your new bag, boo—but if something doesn’t feel quite right, we’ve got you. At Bombochiya, we believe in treating every customer with the same care and honesty we grew up with.

If you need to make a return, here's how it works:

We accept returns within 7 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and any dust bags or authentication cards included.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale items

  • Live show purchases

  • Items marked “as is” or “preloved with flaws”

  • Gift cards


📦 How to Start a Return

Just email us at cuadralorett@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake. In that case, girl—we’ll absolutely make it right.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. We'll send you a confirmation when it's complete.


💡 Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’re eyeing something else, just return the item and place a new order for your next must-have piece.
