We know you’re excited to get your hands on your new favorite bag, and so are we! All orders are carefully processed within 2 to 3 business days (weekends and holidays take a little siesta, so we don’t count those). Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a notification so you can start the countdown.

Please note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it arrives in your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and Bombochiya isn’t able to cover these fees.
How Do I Check My Order Status?
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email from us with a tracking number. Give it about 48 hours to activate in the system, then you can watch your new fave bag make its way to you.
If you don’t see your order within 3 days of the shipping confirmation, hit us up at cuadralorett@gmail.com with your name and order number—we’ve got your back.
